There are two ways to Register animals, the 1st way is by filling out the paper application.  If doing a paper application you may mail, e-mail or fax it in to the office but we will not take any applications over the phone.

• You may fill out the paper application which can be found under Registration Applications.
• Instructions for how to fill out the form are on the 1st page of  each of the Registration Applications.

The 2nd way is by On-Line Registration

• Before you can register online, you must have a password. Email your request for a password along with your account/member# to Gwen@shorthorn.org. (Please note you must be a member of the ASA in order to use our online registration system.)

• Please note - ShorthornPlus online registration is only available if the Dam and Sire are NOT initial entries*.

* Initial entries are those that have not had progeny registered with the ASA or have not been identified in the ASA herd book. For initial entry eligibility complete 'Initial Entry' section on the ShorthornPlus/Durham Red Registration application. You will be able to enter performance data, update your inventory, see your current AI Cert Inventory, transfer Natural Sire Signatures all via our online registration system.
