OMAHA, Neb., (January 26, 2011) – The 2011 National Western Stock Show (NWSS) held over the days of January 16-17 was blessed with another year of sunny weather. The 115 females and 24 bulls were evaluated by Kevin Jensen from Kansas.

Champion and Intermediate Bull Champion was captured by SULL Traveler 9807 ET. The SULL GNCC Asset ET son was born May 2009 and owned by Sullivan Cattle Co, Dunlap, Iowa. The Reserve Grand Champion Bull and Early Spring Bull Calf Champion went to CF Legit, owned by Cates Farms, Modoc, Ind. The March 2010 bull calf was also sired by CF Sonic X ET.

Capturing the Champion Female title and Senior Champion Female was SULL Miss Myrtle Beau ET, owned by Hannah Moore, Alton, Ill. The February 2009 female is out of Hi View’s Ace of Diamonds. Reserve Grand and Junior Female Champion distinction went to MDM Cumberland 988 TON X, owned by Jacob Boyert, Seville, Ohio. The March 2009 female is also out of AR SU LU Tonic X.
