The Junior PACE (Point Accumulation Event) program is relatively new, just begun in 2004. It is patterned after the Open PACE program and will award youths who exhibit award-winning purebred heifers at sanctioned national junior shows where juniors from any state are eligible to compete. The cattle in these junior shows will accumulate Junior PACE points and vie for year-end Junior All-American positions. The Junior PACE season begins with the first Junior PACE show and ends with the last Junior PACE show.
